Eguarekhide Longe is the Chairman of PFI Capital Limited. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the financial services industry, spanning Stock broking, Asset Management, Pensions and Investment Banking. He is the current Managing Director/CEO of AIICO Pension Managers. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of AIICO Pension Managers Limited, Eguarekhide worked at Diamond Capital & Financial Markets Limited (subsidiary of Diamond Bank PLC) as the Head of the Asset Management division. He was also for three years the MD/CEO of Kakawa Asset Management Limited from 2005-2008. He has held senior management positions in leading Dealing member firms of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and worked in Pension Management and Venture Capital environments at Shell Trustees Nigeria Limited (now Shell Closed Pension Fund Administrators) and First Funds Limited, respectively. Eguarekhide holds a B.Sc. in Political Science “University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1986) and an MBA “IESE Business School ” University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain (2002). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He is also a non-executive director at PFI Financial.

Mr. Peter Elege is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PFI Capital Limited. He has a BSc. Hons. Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos and an MBA from the University of London. Peter attended the Executive Education Program at London Business School and is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment U.K. (MCSI) and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Peter received the Doctor of Business Administration (Honoris Causa) from the Commonwealth University in UK in recognition of lifetime achievements and contributions.
Peter started his career with FCMB Capital Markets group and has since worked in notable financial institutions. He is a versatile investment manager with over 17 years of experience in the Finance Sector with strong competence in Investment Management, Research and Strategy and Securities Trading.
He has managed portfolios in excess of USD400 million for institutional and retail investors. Peter is also the Co-founder and Director of Peecredit Limited, one of Nigeria’s fastest growing consumer lending companies. In 2018, he was named among the Industry’s Influential CEOs by Greenspring Communications in recognition of his stellar leadership qualities.

Chuka Maduabum is a non-executive director of PFI Capital Limited He is the secretary of the CFA Society in Nigeria and is currently works at Uhuru Capital Limited, a private equity firm. He has over 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry ranging from financial and investment advisory, commercial banking, audit, and private equity. He was recently in Pricewaterhouse Coopers as Manager (Financial advisory), He also worked with Kaizen Venture Partners as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Maduabum Chuka has B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, MSc in Financial Analysis and Funds Management from University of Exeter, UK .He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and also an Associate member of Institute of chartered Accountant (ACA). He is a seasoned professional with deals and operational experience in retail and consumer, financial services, technology media and telecommunications (TMT) in West and Central Africa. He has experience in originating deals, leading and structuring transactions, carrying valuation and due diligence of companies, preparing complex financial models. . He is also a non-executive director at PFI Financial.
